This is a place that I've setup to learn more about the in's and out's a web page and to show the progress on my 72 Maverick project and possibly blog about some interesting things in the car world. I've been stalled working on it, but I hope to start making some progress this winter.
Some of the upgrades that I'm looking to do are:
Here is a list of some of the modifications that the Maverick has in store for it as time and money allows.
Engine - Remove old 302 and install a refreshed EFI 5.0 from a '91 T-bird donor.
Transmission - Install an AOD from the same donor car.
Brakes - Rework drums or replace with disks
Paint
Interior
Rust removal - Rear Quarters and Floor pans
Misc items - Grabber Hood, Sports mirrors and whatever other mods I think will look nice.
